Ian has worked with CRM 4.0, CRM 2011, and is currently supporting CRM 2013 SP1. He has managed all upgrades, oversees all development, and excels at finding simple solutions for complex problems.
Ian has worked with many Content Management Systems in the last 15 years, including DNN (DotNetNuke) and WordPress, and with each iteration has designed numerous templates and assisted with many implementations and upgrades.
In addition to being the sole IT support of ServiceNow in his current position supporting a global chemical company, Ian has become the internal evangelist in finding ways to incorporate people and ideas into ServiceNow solutions.
